Full-Time Trainer jobs in Dubai
Full time job with a multinational BPO, US based organization is looking for Trainer:
· Position based in the Dubai Media City – DMC
· Attractive remuneration package, employment visa and/or work permit
· Candidates must be on transferable visa and available to join immediately
· Timing: Should be flexible as the work will be in shifts.
· Must be fluent in English, Arabic & French.
Job Role: Trainer
Reporting Structure: To Operations Leader
Type of Experience: At least 3-4 yrs of work experience in a call center environment with 1-2 yrs of Trainer Experience, preferably in Insurance domain.
Minimum Education Level: Graduate
Professional Qualification: MBA or any post Graduate qualification in Insurance Management preferred
Key Accountabilities
- Create / guide creation of training modules/SOP’s, assessments and teaching aids
- Experience in Gap analysis & Training need identification
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Excellent & proven facilitation skills
- Manage customer expectations & ensure a robust communication rhythm
- Deliver on training timelines and mitigate any Training Issues
- Ensure strong people management practices and develop retention strategies
- Build domain expertise across different work types
Required Skills
- Exp in Business reporting- Daily client dashboards, tracking individual/team performance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and team building skills are a must.
- Candidate must have demonstrated leadership in a team environment, work well independently and as a member of a high performance work team.
- Proven ability to co-ordinate multiple activities under pressure.
- Strong customer focus
Preferred Skills
1) Domain knowledge of Insurance
2) Exposure to Transaction work type/work flow
3) Candidate must have excellent French, Arabic & English skills (Written & Verbal)
